How to maintain suede leather?

Introduction:
A general term for leather whose surface is ground into fine velvet. Including surface nubuck leather with some or all grains removed and suede leather with suede on the flesh surface (suede leather). Pigskin, cowhide, and sheepskin are mostly made by chrome tanning. Suede leather is only sanded and dyed without finishing, and has good hygiene and poor maintenance. The general quality requirements are fine and uniform fluff, no fading, good water resistance, and no greasy feeling. Used to make shoe uppers, clothing and gloves, etc.Suede leather refers to leather with a velvety surface. It is called velvet made from the front side of the leather (the side on which hair or scales are grown) and is called suede. . The two-layer suede made from the use of two-layer leather grind leather is called the two-layer suede. Because suede leather has no coating layer, its air permeability is better and its softness is improved, but its waterproof, dustproof and maintenance properties become worse, and the fastness of nubuck leather without grain becomes lower. Finished suede leather is comfortable to wear and has good hygienic properties. However, except for suede made by oil tanning, suede is easy to get dirty and difficult to clean and maintain.
Mainly used for: leather shoes, leather clothing, leather bags, gloves.
Maintenance skills:
1. Equipment and raw materials needed for suede maintenance: imported mist spray gun (1.0 caliber), air pump, hard scouring pad, copper wire brush, 600# water sand, seven leather coloring agents, leather reducing agent, leather back cover Fixative.
2. Treatment of suede leather after washing: using scientific methods to wash suede leather can make the leather garment less deformed and less discolored, and also increase the leather fat content, so that the original hard leather becomes soft, which lays a good foundation for leather post-processing. The suede leather post-treatment process requires high requirements for the operator, and the leather maintenance process must be strictly followed, otherwise it will cause mistakes and cannot be saved.
3. Suede leather post-treatment process: suede leather haircut, portrait machine shaping, color supplement and fatliquoring, and sealing agent fixation.
    a. Suede leather polishing: Use a scouring pad or a copper wire brush to loosen the fluff brush on the leather surface in an orderly manner, which is convenient for even dyeing and fatliquoring. Don't use too much force to avoid lightening the leather fluff and give the color band. It's difficult.
   b. Portrait machine shaping: leather clothing will be deformed after being dry-cleaned or washed, mainly on the shoulders and hem, etc. If the shoulder pads fall off, the shoulder pads can be detached from the leather clothes clip, and the underside of the leather can be glued. When the portrait machine is shaped, the brush can be used to tidy up along the fluff.
   c. Complementary color and fatliquoring: Leather clothing will fade slightly after dry cleaning, while the color of leather clothing is relatively better after washing. You only need to properly complement the color and fattening of the leather to restore the original color and feel of the leather. The key to complement color for leather clothing is to choose the correct standard color. Use complementary color agents to match similar colors according to the standard color. When matching colors, you can compare them on white paper. Only when the matched colors are painted on the paper and dried, can you really see the colors. Accuracy, if the color is very close, the final test comparison can be done on the unobvious part of the leather jacket, and then appropriate adjustments can be made, and the dyes after matching the color are ready for use. In addition, you can add appropriate amount of leather reducing agent to the prepared dye according to the feel of the leather garment, stir it evenly and filter it with a filter, and then use the imported mist spray gun for even color correction, and dry it thoroughly after completion.
   d. Fixing agent for fixing: Check whether the leather fluff is completely loosened after color correction. If the fluff is close together, use a copper wire brush to loosen it lightly, then use a leather sealant, dilute it with distilled water, and spray evenly with a spray gun On the surface of the leather, put it in a dryer at 50 degrees for 30 minutes or put it on a portrait machine for 20 minutes to fix the color.
