Do you know how faux suede is dyed?

Because the polyester ultra-fine suede fabric is light and thin, and the hand feeling effect of the product is comprehensively considered, it is usually dyed with a high temperature and high pressure overflow jet dyeing machine. In addition, for example, the dyeing of sea-island polyester microfiber suede fabric is much more difficult than that of ordinary synthetic fiber fabrics. Fastness and other aspects have their distinctive features.

That is to say, the microfiber has a large specific surface area, fast dye adsorption, slow diffusion, and poor level dyeing; the reflection coefficient of the microfiber is large, and the dyeing amount of the same depth of dyeing must be 2.5-3 higher than that of the ordinary polyester fiber. The color fastness of microfiber, such as light fastness, sublimation resistance, and friction resistance, is worse than that of conventional polyester, and its sublimation fastness is about 1-2 grades lower. Helps to improve relative colour fastness by reducing cleaning.
